Shopping opportunities and business services are available on site and a flexible banquet space can accommodate meetings and events of up to 1,200 participants. Guests arriving by car will find parking facilities on site (surcharge), and other practical amenities include 24-hour room service, currency exchange, laundry and valet services and safety deposit boxes. The hotel is set in the heart of Independence Park, 50 metres from the beach and within two kilometres of the Tel Aviv, Hagana and Hapalmach museums and the Opera Mall. Ben Gurion International Airport is 20 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.

Taxis can be found near the arrivals hall and should cost approximately 20 USD. There is a direct train service from the airport to Tel Aviv central station, and the trip takes less than 20 minutes. There is also a bus service which stops off at all the main hotels along the seafront and local bus 18 connects the beachfront area to the central railway station. The beach areas, shopping malls and city centre can be reached on foot or by taxi or by local bus. Driving directions: From the airport, take Ayalon Highway (route #1) and exit at the railway station junction. Follow Arlozoroff Street to the end.
