Location. The elegant Bilderberg Garden Hotel is located near the museum district in Amsterdam, Holland. It's just one kilometre to the RAI Congress Centre and three kilometres to Centraal Station.
Hotel Features. Set on a residential street just off the Apollolaan, the Bilderberg Garden Hotel has a marble-floored lobby with white-washed walls and a popular lounge bar. The hotel's 24-hour front desk can help with sightseeing trips to local attractions like the Van Gogh Museum.

The hotel's De Kersentuin restaurant serves international favourites and Mediterranean specialities in a wood-floored dining room with city views. Over 100 whiskies are on offer at Bar de Kersepit, which also serves coffees and cocktails until late. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Small groups can be accommodated in the hotel's three meeting rooms. Secretarial services and wireless Internet access (surcharge may apply) are available.

Guestrooms. The Bilderberg Garden Hotel's 124 air-conditioned guestrooms are decorated in calming creams and tans, with plants and complimentary fresh fruit. Rooms offer satellite television, Internet access (surcharge) and minibars. All rooms boast marble bathrooms and city views.

Expert Tip. Locals flock to the spacious Vondelpark, just three blocks from the hotel. A popular spot for jogging, cycling and rollerblading, the park has a film museum, playgrounds and outdoor cafés.

From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS):
Distance to Bilderberg Garden Hotel is 13 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.

Getting there. A railway station is located under Schiphol Plaza, in the central hall of the terminal. Every 15 minutes a direct train runs to Amsterdam Central Station. Shared Schiphol Travel taxis can be found outside the arrivals hall. The cars can seat up to eight people and cost around 19 EUR per person. Private taxis into Amsterdam city centre cost approximately 40 EUR. Public buses frequently run to Amsterdam and other destinations. Buses 197 and 370 go to central Amsterdam and Amsterdam Zuid. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The hotel is just off Apollolaan, between the museums district and the RAI Congress Centre. Amsterdam can easily be explored by foot. However, there are convenient bus, tram and metro services running through the city and outside areas. Cycling is also a popular way to see Amsterdam. There are taxi ranks at the central station. Driving within the canal ring is discouraged. The hotel offers an onsite car park and valet parking (surcharge may apply).

Driving directions. From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport:
Take the A4 towards Amsterdam and then take the A10.
Exit at S108 and turn right.
Follow the right-hand lane, and turn left at the second set of lights.
The hotel will be on your right.
