The Hilton Al Ain is a six-storey resort hotel set amid landscaped gardens three kilometres from the city centre and 15 kilometres from the desert. This six-floor hotel features 202 air-conditioned guestrooms, suites and villas, all of which have light, modern decor and wooden furnishings and open onto balconies or terraces. Children aged 4 to 12 will be kept entertained by theme park excursions and the monthly children's Fun Factory, and a weekly supervised disco is provided for teens. Complimentary onsite parking facilities, attended by a uniformed service team, can accommodate 300 vehicles. There are a number of dining options on site, including Al Khayam, an authentic Persian restaurant offering grilled dishes, Iranian specialities and sangak bread baked in a traditional clay oven, and Paco's, a lively Tex-Mex bar and restaurant hosting weekend parties, theme nights, live jazz, quizzes and ladies' nights. Guests interested in the rich history of the area will find the Al Ain Museum and the historic mud-brick forts five kilometres away. Those looking for a family day out can watch camel racing or visit Hili Fun City, both of which are within 10 kilometres of the hotel. Al Ain International Airport is 35 kilometres away, and can be reached by car in approximately 30 minutes.

The hotel provides a complimentary return transfer to and from Al Ain International Airport, which should be arranged in advance. Fixed-rate taxis are also readily available, and are the best way to get around town. Buses are air-conditioned, clean and efficient, and travel from Al Ain to Abu Dhabi approximately once every hour from the bus station behind Al Ain souk (tickets cost about Dh10). Routes and bus numbers are posted in both Arabic and English. Driving directions: From the airport, follow the highway towards the downtown area and follow purple tourist signs to the hotel.
