Location. The Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna is located in the western region of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 10 kilometres from Ruwais, the nearest town. Abu Dhabi city is 250 kilometres from the hotel. Hotel Features. Nestled between the desert and the Arabian Gulf, the Danat Resort situated in a peaceful, remote location amid private grounds. The hotel is set back from 800 metres of private, white-sand beach. A large outdoor pool and tropical gardens connect the hotel to the beach. Guestrooms. The 109 air-conditioned guestrooms at Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna offer views of the sea and are decorated in contemporary neutral shades offset by dark-wood furniture. From Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH): Distance to Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna is 240 kilometres, approximately 150 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The hotel provides airport transfers for a surcharge. Alternatively, taxis wait in front of arrivals and cost about 150 USD directly to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The resort's remote location means that taxis are the best and safest way of getting around. Taxis should be booked via the front desk.
Driving directions. From Abu Dhabi International Airport. Follow signs towards Mussafah and take the Mussafah exit. Follow signs for Tarif and then take the Tarif/Sila exit. Continue to Tarif. Continue past the ADNOC petrol station in Tarif, and follow signs for Mirfa City. From Mirfa City, look for signs to Jebel Dhanna/Ruwais. Continue for approx. 100 kilometres. Continue through Ruwais city. Continue past another ADNOC petrol station, staying in the right-hand lane. Take the exit for Jebel Dhanna/Sir Bani Yas Island OR Dhafra Beach Hotel. Take the first exit on the right to the Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna. The resort is on the left-hand side.
