From Frankfurt Airport (FRA): Distance to InterCityHotel Mainz is 35 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there. There are two passenger railway stations at Frankfurt airport: the Fernbahnhof (long-distance) station and the Regional train station. Both can be accessed by a Sky Line monorail or a shuttle bus. Lines S8 and S9 of the S-Bahn go to the Hauptbahnhof (central station) and the city centre. From there, direct trains to Mainz are available. Mainz rail station is located 150 metres from the hotel. Taxis to the hotel cost about 45 EUR. Price is subject to change.
Getting around. The centre of Mainz can be explored on foot and trains and buses are available for exploring the surrounding region. A car would be useful if exploring further afield.
