Best Western Premier Regency Suites Hotel-Spa - İstanbul

Good clean comfortable room, spacious, in a very central area, close to the main tourist sites with plenty of restaurants and cafes to chose from. Staff were very courteous and helpful, even let us use their reception desk PC to checkin online for our flights and print off boarding passes for free. Plenty of fruit and usual buffet breakfast food, all very fresh and tasty. Room faced out onto the street which was good to look out onto. It did get a bit noisy at night (not much traffic, just loud people) but it was easy to block out the noise by closing the windows and putting on the aircon. Aircon did cut off at times but this wasn't a problem for us as temperatures were comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and would happily stay in the same hotel again.

Location was excellent, hotel staff were very friendly, and hotel and food was clean No parking lot available by the hotel - I had a rental car I had to pay to park it during my visit

Plenty of room in our Delux Double for family of five. Walking distance to all oldtown sights. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast to start your day.

This is an outstanding hotel located close to all the attraction ! Very Clean with very helfull and eager to please management and employees ! The Spa was outstanding ! We recommend the hotel highly !

The hotel was excellent but on our stay the one thing that was the best was the other guests. This hotel attracts some really nice, talkative and friendly guests (probably a function of the staff being so friendly and helpful). This hotel's location is excellent. It is a very short walk to Istanbul's four most famous attractions. (Ayasofia, Blue Mosque, Topaki Palace and the ferry terminal for the Bosporous tours.) He hotel staff were excellent, extremely helpful and polite. The hotel itself was immaculate and the breakfast really nice (we decided not to dine in the evening there as we wanted to explore). The rooftop dining area is excellent with view over the mouth of the Bosphorous. Our room was of a high standard, very clean and well furnished. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My first impression on arriving outside this hotel was: "They used a cunning photographer." This was because the hotel, described as 'boutique', nestles amid an array of restaurants, hostels, and a whole gamut of enterprises in a street best described as "quaint". On entering the premesis however, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was quite breathtaking. They simply could not do enough to ensure your stay was comfortable in the hotel, and enjoyable when away. An example of their attention to detail came when, after dinner on the rooftop terrace, I was presented with a birthday cake. The receptionist had noted from my passport that it was my birthday, and had arranged this surprise! Breakfast was a delight, sitting in the street terrace cafe, observing Istanbul life as it happens. Delightful.

Located in the heart of Sultanahmet, this is a nice location for comfortable stay. Can be a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Very comfortable, helpful staff, nice cozy atmosphere.

This is a good hotel that is very conveniently located in the Sultanahmet area. The staff are very nice and get to know you well before you leave. The rooms were clean and well made up. The price is a bit more than most other hotels in the area, but it is worth it. The street it is located on has many restaurants and is a nice place to enjoy some Turkish tea.

A very comfortable stay. Plenty of room, nice furnishings, nicely decorated, decent breakfast. Location is an easy walk to lots of great tourist spots.

This is a very nice hotel, with a very nice staff, in a very nice neighborhood.

everthing and everyone at this hotel was great. the room was spacious with a comfy king size bed and was immaculate. the sauna and turkish baths were free and wonderful. all the staff were incredibly attentive and could not have been more helpful. would definitely stay here again!the location was superb-walking distance to all the major sites and great local restaurants

We recently stayed at this hotel which is located at the most convenient location in Istanbul in a very authentic neigborhood. There are better known large size hotels in the new city area where I have stayed in the past but it is so inconvenient to do anything. This hotel is small but all the employees speak English and offer very good service. Our room was very spacious and they clean the room very thoroughtly everyday. There are plenty of restaurants, stores in the neigborhood and it is located so close to most tourist spots. The tram station is near by. Wireless internet access is available, excercise room and spa in the basement, great free breakfast in the morning. It is amazing! I strongly recommend you to stay at this hotel.

This 4 Star property is exceptional. Intimate, gorgeous appointments that appear to have just recently been installed -- everything from the modern bathroom to the luxury bed & bedding -- not a single appointment was overlooked. Our spacious room was located on the second floor. The Hotel is located a short walk for the major tourist attractions, and provides exceptional value and service. I highly recommend it for discerning travelers.

I can't fault this hotel on anything, the fruit basket was a nice touch, as was the bottle of wine, a birthday gift from the staff.  You can walk to all the places you'll want to visit.  I think the Grand Bazaar & Topkapi were the highlights, as was the sightseeing bus for a feel of the city which one reviewer mentioned.  Make sure you use the hotel Hammam & sauna, have the Turkish massage in the Hammam, absolutely brilliant.  Loads of restaurants/bars right on your doorstep, just bear in mind the busy location so there is some noise from the street, altho it didn't bother me, and the call for prayer. Totally helpful staff, loved our room 301 (3rd floor), really comfy bed, & a tip if you want the english speaking channels on the tv you have to riffle through a lot to get there but you will get there!  It's a small hotel so breakfast was a small affair, don't be put off, it was very nice & there is all you need here, if you want a big choice, book a big hotel!

Didn't realize how close you are to things in the old part of the city of Istanbul. Could be at the Blue Mosque/Hippodrome in less than 5 minutes. Loved the 1st floor room with a somewhat private balcony out back - very quiet and relaxing. Ate at the hotel a few times for dinner - excellent food, breakfast in the mornings was amazing, with lots of choices. Staff were great to us when we needed help with a shuttle to the airport (25 Euros for 2 people and tons of luggage), help with trying to make phone calls, etc. Only thing that was a little weird - the free internet access is at another Best Western only 1/2 block up the street - no problems to use but you had to leave your hotel to another one - only downfall of our stay.

My wife and I stayed here for one night while awaiting a cruise and highly recommend this small, quaint hotel. It is three blocks on the Bosporous side of the Blue Mosque (5 minute walk). The rooms/suites were good size and incredibally comfortable and what seemed like brand new. The staff could not do enough for us and spoke very good english. The hotel is located on a small quiet street with restaurants and bars. With all that activity you would expect some noise but the room was eeerily quiet. The hotel also has a nice gym and baths (although we did not use them). The breakfast was good and the hotel has a small bar and restaurant. The hotel also had a flat screen TV and satellite stations in virtually every Middle eastern and European language.

This is a beautiful, new hotel in the heart of the historic district in Istanbul. The service was impeccable, the rooms comfortable and lovely (most having beautiful inlaid wood floors and lush upholstery), and the location so convienient. Only the breakfast item selection left a bit to be desired. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

This was an excellant hotel, although on a busy street, once in the hotel it was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly and coudl not do enough for you. The hotel is loacted in the Sultanhamet area, which is in the old part of the city withn walking distance of the Blue Mosque. It was an ideal location!! Lots of restaurants around this area with very good food. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

The hotel is located central to most sightseeing, shopping and eating places. Staff were helpful and polite, they make you very welcome. Service was great. Rooms are modern, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Health spa/gym area is clean and relaxing. Good breakfast. Overall, everything about the hotel was excellent. We didn't expect everything to be that brilliant. My family had a lovely holiday.

Staff is very friendly and tries their best to make your stay very comfortable. Most of the staff speaks good English. Not all rooms have balconies or whirlpool baths. Some days have more offerings at breakfast than others; but there is always some fresh fruit and bakery products and cheeses. An English newspaper is often not available at the hotel. They even have a Turkish bath in the hotel, which is very clean. The rooms are good sized and quiet. A short walk to all of the sites in Sultanahmet. I would recommend it highly!

The hotel is nice. Rather small but lived up to my expectations. I booked the hotel because of its location which is walking distance to several senic places.

trés bel hotel, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques ( mosquée bleue, église ste sophie, top kapi, grand bazar...), situé dans une rue avec beaucoup d'hotels, de restaurants et de commerces. Personnel charmant et à l'écoute n'hésitant pas à fournir tous les renseignements nécessaires.

Een goed Hotel, waar ik 5 nachten geslapen heb. De prijs is aan de hoge kant. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, erg behulpzaam als restaurants etc geregeld moeten worden. Het hotel Ligt dichtbij de Historische plaatsen, als Sophia en Blue Mosque (2 minuten lopen). Minpuntje, het eten en ontbijt is niet echt geweldig en past meer bij een 2-3 ster hotel. Echter zijn er in dezelfde straat voldoende betere alternatieven.

prima hotel, aardige mensen, heel goed gelegen, mooie kamer, toch veel geluid aan de straatkant, uitzicht slecht, dakterras gesloten (juni!).
