Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport - Chicago

For what I paid this was a great deal. Unfortanetly, I had to pay 6.95 for 15 minutes on the internet and another 4 to print my boarding passes. This was an airport motel. I expect those servecies for free, and get them for free from cheaper motels. On top of that when I asked the front desk if they had a computer available to print my boarding passes, they told me about the buisness center that I went to. Upon leaving I noticed a kiosk in the lobby where I could have printed them for free. Otherwise it was a good place.

We were in Chicago for one afternoon/evening and headed overseas early the next morning. So we decided to stay at the O'Hare Hilton, knowing that airport hotels are usually a level down from non-airport locations. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room and hotel in general. Excellent fitness room was another plus. It's easy to get from the hotel to downtown areas (the Loop) by public transport. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel if you have an early flight out the next day.

The room was smaller than ones I've stayed in, in Tokyo. For half the money I paid I should have taken a shuttle bus to another hotel. It's only redeeming feature is that it is right at the airport. Oh, and it's expensive almost twenty bucks for a margarhita on the rocks.

I drove to O'Hare from Central Illinois, dropped off my rental car and took the rental car shuttle right to the front door. Quick check-in and an easy route to the room. Despite the airport location, it was quiet and comfortable. In the morning, it was just a very short walk to the terminal to catch my flight. Very convenient.

The room was fine but the noise came, surprisingly, not from the airport but from the elevators, the hallway, and the housekeeping. I suppose, a better insulation of the front door would be enough.

Messed up reservations picked non-smoking room received a smoking room. Do not recommend quick check in. Pool is the size of a regular size room. Food was not great for the price. Bed only had one sheet on it. Best part of the room was the T.V., but the cable kept going out. Finally wireless internet was suppose to be free but like everything else there was a fee. Don't recommend staying here for the price of the room more like a six dollar hotel if that.

Hotel messed up reservation picked non smoking room got smoking. Quick check in not recommended. Pool is as big as a room. T.V. is the best part of the hotel.

$xx.xx, that's right double digits, per day for high speed internet and $x.xx, that's right not free, for a toothbrush and throw away razor. if any of my people put these on their expense accounts they would be fired.

Missed connecting flight. So, went on line to book a room through hotels.com. I called the hotel to verify reservation, and was told everything was fine. But later, we were reserved for TWO rooms: one through hotels.com and another as a WALK-IN!!! It was hell to get this corrected!!! Still don't see a credit on credit card!

The rate had doubled since the last time we were there 4 weeks ago. Used it anyway for the location. Beds, pillows, staff, cleanliness, wonderful.

100% perfect for using o'hare airport !!

Hotel was great. Would have liked it to be a bit cheaper since we were looking for a hotel from 12:00 midnight until 5:30 AM and we needed convenience of being at the airport.

This Hotel is always excellent with the exception of we always request non-smking and never get a non-smking room. If fact this time the room was everything we requested with the exception of the non-smking..in fact their we ash trays in the room. Also because it is an airport hotel, the windows do not open so you cannot even air the room out of the cigarette smoke.

Location, location, location. We had a 5:30 a.m. flight so stayed the night before at the Hilton O'Hare as a matter of convenience (and great price!). We were very happy to find quite a good dinner in the hotel dining room, a very comfortable, clean room, and the joy of being only steps away from the gate very early the next morning!

Great location-next to the airport! No pblms and we enjoyed our stay for a nite..worth, worth your money!

I never understand why the expensive hotels charge for internet. Internet at the ORD Hilton is $17.50/night, which is the highest I've ever seen. And my HHonors membership didn't provide any kind of discount. I stayed in a Junior Executive Suite, which is a single room that is nearly twice as large as the usual room. That space isn't used very well, however. The TV ends up 20 feet away from the bed.

I's a short, short walk from baggage pick--up and it's all indoors.

East location, quick check in, excellent attentive staff. Rooms excellent and clean Staff helpful and courteous. Will use this hotel again.

We stayed here one night before an early flight out of O'Hare. The hotel is excellent and only a short walk in-doors to the ticketing counter. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was a few hairs in the bathtub, otherwise it was clean.

Over the telephone prior to arrival hotel person said shuttle would be sent to baggage claim area to pick up us and our baggage. In fact hotel did not send hotel shuttle to transport us and our luggage to the hotel. Complainig to the manager on duty we got a promise that we would get help to take our luggage to the terminal the following morning to catch our next flight. In fact we did not get the promised help. We only stayed at this hotel anyway because we had a prepaid non-refundable reservation and did not have any spare time.

The walkway from O'Hare to the Hilton is poorly marked and hard to find. Signs point every which way, but never say that the entrance is from Terminal 2. Upon arriving underground at the hotel's building, the elevators are unmarked. We wasted 45 minutes wandering around trying to find how to get into the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, the windows are entirely soundproofed and the beds are wonderful. The convenience can't be beat on a snowy night.

I had an early flight out of o'Hare, a four hour flight to LA, with a concert at the Crystal Cathedral that night. Getting up early to travel to O'Hare seemed to be too much! So I stayed at the Hilton, right on airport property. A nice room with a HD television i didn't want to leave in the morning! I was able to walk around the airport after dinner and see where I had to go to check in, and where to catch my bus when I retuned. Made the start of my trip easy to take, and i didn't fall asleep at the Christmas concert at the CC that night!

Convenient location for those short overnight connections. Very clean, comfortable rooms and wonderful health spa.

I booked a nonsmoking room through hotels.com but all they had were smoking rooms available. The smell was bad because I'm not a smoker. I was disappointed.

It was awesome.

This hotel is the best option for those needing a place close to ORD airport. It is beautiful, clean and quiet and has excellent service. There is no reason to stay anywhere else

We were concerned about getting to O'Hare in time for an early morning flight with a winter storm warning in effect. So we drove in the night before and stayed at the airport Hilton, which made all the difference. Given how easy the hotel made things, we will definitely consider this option in the future, if the need arises. And the rate through hotels.com was $80 less per room per night than the Hilton website.

The hotel was Outstanding for the cost, nice rooms,fitness center,business center and I walked to the terminal in the morning to catch my flight. I did not have to go to the front desk to check out. More than met my expectations.

The room was nice, but small. The food was outrageously priced for what you got. My mother was ready to return her orange juice at breakfast when she noticed the price. The vending machine for a 20 oz. soda was extremely outrageous.

Wait staff in sports grill were rude. Also, while booking with this service made it more affordable. The room was very small room and smelled of cigarette smoke. Both of these "features" brought the value inline with the reduced cost. Will not stay here again unless all other options are exhausted which is often the case with Chicago winters.
