Courtyard by Marriott LaGuardia Airport - East Elmhurst

staff was friendly and helpful. rate was very good. room was clean and larger than expected. only complaint was the quality of the breakfast buffet. Food was undercooked and waitstaff was not attentive enough. One day we just left the money on the table without getting the check b/c we couldn't flag down any of the staff to get the bill. Overall though great place to stay. Pool/courtyard area is beautiful.

We loved staying at this hotel because of the shuttle service to and from Laguardia Airport and to restaurants in the vicinity. This certainly eased the cost of cabs and wait time for bus service. Rooms were big enough and updated with comfortable beds. Another plus was the availability of a washer and dryer.

The transportation guy gave me great instructions as to how to get to Times Square using the bus and train. It was a snap. I got to go for $7.50!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

This was a great place to stay! The room was nice and clean, the decore was nice and contemporary! The price was perfect for the quality of this room! The only problem I found was that you had to pay for the parking, but it was worth it knowing that the car was safe because the parking area is secured and monitored! I highly reccommend it!

I live in Queens. I needed a hotel to stay at while tons of family visited. this hotel was the lowest cost 3 star, and was worth it. All the airline pilots and flight attendants stay there, and they definitely know where to go. The hotel is nice (but not spectacular), the staff were amazing, and it was super clean. I needed a hotel again a week after my first stay, and came back to the same hotel. Don't cheap out trying to go to a lower star hotel. Some of my family did, and boy were they disappointed and sorry they didn't stay where I did.

We booked this hotel for a special occasion (Valentine's Day), way in advance, I am glad I did... Customer service was next to none, impeccable and very accommodating... Plenty of parking outside of hotel, but if you care to pay for parking you are welcome to but it is a lot. Only ten minutes to go from hotel to the NYC subway and also a bus (Q33) that runs very frequent from subway to near hotel.. The most comfortable bed I have been in, and I had stayed at a lot of hotels...unreal… If I had to pick on the hotel being it had such spacious room and a gorgeous set up, really nice, I guess it would be that the hotel has not updated there TV's, no flat screens. You can't go wronmg with this hotel...

The hotel was right accross the street from our car rental so were able to return the car one night earlier and take the free hotel shuttle to the airport. A little tricky to find with GPS but otherwise excellent choice.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise since we first went to the other Laguardia Marriott, the staff was very nice, the breakfast buffet was delicious, a little bit on the pricey side, but delicious, the location was good, there was a bus route on the corner with good directions from staff to get connected with the subway. The only available cars for cabs are very expensive, so its worth the subway search, will definitely stay there again!

I thought the breakfast bar was a little much....$35.00 for two, come on. I know this is New York but wake up!!!

The hotel was very clean and very nice. I don't like that the check-in time is until 3 o'clock but they were nice enough to lock up our luggage until it was time to check in. The beds, I remember, were said to be queen and they didn't seem like queen. Maybe they're used to small people in the East Coast!

I enjoyed my stay int he Hotel, i would recommend it to others. But I do think the they need to improve on how quick front desk process you request. I asked for a shower cap for my wife it took them 30 minutes to bring it up.

The hotel was nice. Except for parking. If you're staying at a hotel, you shouldn't have to pay for parking.

When I first go to the hotel they wanted to give me a handicap room because they told me that was the only room they had, so I told the lady at the frond desk that I wanted to see the room, so I went to look at it. I came back down and I told her that I did not want that room so she right away she got me into another room, so at that time I got me room key, so I went to the room to put my bags down to my surprise when I went to the room the person that was in the room before me was still in the room, that was a very bad day for me. Went back down with my bags and I told then what was going on and they simply said to me this kind of things happen all the time. At that time I wish that I could have get my money back.

We are already owners in the Marriott Time Share system and expected an excellent hotel. Getting it via Hotels.com saved us over one half the regular rack rate we would have paid had we gone directly through Marriott. Great hotel at an outstanding rate.

Although near La Guardia it's approximately 50-70 bucks by taxi from NYC and a coplicated transport ride. The hotel it self is clean-ish and typical 2-3 star but other than Business travel is pretty basic.

Enjoyed my stay. Great room and great value. Easy access to the Q33 bus and the New York subway system. The hotel graciously provided us with shuttle transportation to the Start the morning of the ING New York City Marathon!

The hotel was great for overnight, but, unfortunately this being our first time in New York, we did a lot of traveling between the hotel and New York City by cab. This hotel is not near a subway station. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The employees were great, very helpful. We would stay there again, but for only one night. Then we would move on to New York City.

we had several items on our "to-do" list, and hotel personal were very helpful in getting us to our destenations with time to spare

Conveniently located next to the airport, but I did not hear the noise from the airport. Hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the airport that runs 24 hrs and leaves every 15 minutes. The staff was very helpful with information on getting back into the city using the transit system.

My husband daughter arrived and found the hotel to be accomadating. The room was clean,beds were comfortable. What was disappointing was that I was not made aware the pool was not available until after Memorial day w/end so we were not able to use the pool. From the moment you walk through the revolving doors no one cares to great you. The front desk staff seemed to be there just for a pay-check. It's a shame because it's a nice hotel, reasonably priced, but someone needs to remind the staff that a smile goes a long way

The hotel is fairly nice. The service I along with my family received could have been better. I'm from the Southwest so I don't know if people are just friendlier out here, but the people in Manhattan were a lot nice than the folks at this hotel. The room was clean and we had a nice view of Queens. If you can put up with unfriendly staff, then this is an ideal place to stay-very convenient to Laguardia.

This is a great hotel with a professional staff and clean rooms. The size of the room meets the needs of any business traveler. The work area is large and the sit is very comfortable. The only problem with the hotel is having to pay for parking. However I would still recommend this hotel to other associates.

very nice,clean friendly staff and the parking is a little bit expensive.

All facilities were very good. One major flaw is the parking situation.A hotel patron should NOT have to pay to park at the hotel. Very expensive! Left a bad memory.
