Very good restaurant with very good service. Room was a bit small and was noisy when the window was opened. Staff was quite helpful with information and assistance. Less than a 5 minute walk to the tram with a 10 minute ride to the core of downtown.

beware of high breakfast and internet (not reliable) charges. Several excellent nearby, and 5 mins for the major contemporary art galleries and kunsthalle.

The room was small but comfortable. Its was conveniently located by the bus stop. It took us 10min to get there from the main train station. Nice places to eat around the area. It had air conditioning which was nice.

Clean,pleasant hotel and staff.For a business hotel it has quite a family run feel.I would book again.

The hotel itself is pretty nice. First hotel in a while that I've seen with an actual key, not card to the room. Between the sheets and the mattress could be a little cleaner, as some hairs were visible.

Be forewarned about the charges in the hotel. If you rate does not include breakfast (which is very good), you will pay an additional 22 CHF (or $22) per day. Which is rather excessive. Any internet charges are additional to the tune of CHF 19 (or $19) per day. The internet works well, but the charges are rdiculous. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport. CHF (or $30) for two people, which is very economical. A taxi would be about CHF55 ($55). It IS a good value. Even better is taking the 4 or 13 Tram to the train station (about 10 ins) and connecting to a direct train (about CHF10) to the airport. Very Swiss, very efficient. The staff is all extremely nice and courteous. They did a fine job. You might have to crawl over each other in the room. There is no fitness center in the hotel, which is a major shortcoming for a business traveler. There are two great restaurants nearby: Die Alpenrose on Limmatstrasse, and LaSalle in the Schiffbau. Not a bad place, but not a great place.

Room is great and location is very near to station (5 minutes on foot). Most importantly, the breakfast is great, totally recommend. Please be careful the Saturday stay because there are some clubs (a club?) house so it will be very noisy. I was able to deep sleep but my wife was not (she was not a happy camper). By the way, we came from U.S. and we realized that we needed to bring soap, shampoo and lotion by ourselves. Believe of not, there is no those items in most of Switzerland hotel. High notes: - the hotel staff and general service was pretty good. English speaking attendants were very helpful and addressed my inquiries in a clear and satisfactory manner - the location is pretty decent as well - not quite smack in the center - but a short tram ride to the core of the city and charming old town. The main train station is also close enough - for walkers, about 15 mins, and if you'd rather tram it, about 4 short stops away on either tram 4 or 13 - there are also some trendy bars and restaurants in the area Not so high note: - Having said that, I thought the product -- the hotel itself is a little overrated at a 4 star rating. This hotel gets 3 stars at best in my opinion - which isn't bad at all - but that's a more fitting billing in my humble opinion. The presentation is decent -- rooms spacious enough -- but it just lacks some of the finesse one expects with 4 star hotels -- certain amenities/frills were obviously missing.

This renovated hotel is very clean and well organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner offers good quality food including local dishes. This hotel is not in the center but close to public transportations, which works perfectly in Zurich.

The room was exceptionally clean with attentive staff. The room size was small, but not inconsistent with other hotels in the city. Its location in the West End was within a 20 minute walking distance to the city centre.

The hotel front office staff was outstanding. The rooms were also very clean, but very small. But since we were only staying there overnight, not a big deal. Also, the choices of restaurants (within walking distance) were not wide, but overall, I could recommend this location on the cleanliness and outstanding service received.

Good value.

The hotel was difficult to find. Suggest you follow a Number 4 or 13 from the train station. The 6th stop is one block from tne hotel. Look for the green movie theater sign to your left at the stop under the overpass.

This is a very nice hitle with good quality adn helpful staff. English is spoken by most if not all staff. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. The only downside to this hotel is that it is a bit away from the city center and trainstation. It is about a 20-25 minute walk to the train station.

The cost of the hotel was high, but everything in Zurich was high priced.

Hotel was ok, but toilitries that were left in the room werer taken away before I checked out. Some towels were not replaced - very odd!!

Fina och fräscha rum. Bra läge 15 minuters promenad från Hauptbahnhof. Dock livligt på näraliggande pubar på helgerna.

Wir hatten das zimmer 303, es war nicht möglich das Fenster mal auf zu lassen,es war ein sehr starker Lärm,und in der Nacht war es garnicht zu ertragen. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht und bekommen haben wir zwei Betten die permanent auseinander rutschten.Auch war es nicht möglich bei einen 4 Sterne Hotel das Frühstück auf Zimmer zu bekommen. Beim Frühstück für diesen Preis musste ich das Personal erst einmal bitten etwas nachzulegen und obwohl der Koch 20 Min.im Frühstücksraum saß und mit bekannten quatschte.An der Bar bekam man nicht einmal ein Caipi, ein Getränk das in aller Munde ist, das ist schwach für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

ich musste für garage, internet, frühstück extra zahlen, was ich in der kategorie nicht gewohnt bin. das hat mich enttäuscht

the hotel is not too far away from downtown Zurich and close to a fitness center and some chinese and mexican restaurants. the personnel is very friendly and the room was clean and just right for a good night sleep

Auch zu Fuß ist das Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen. Die Hotelausstattung ist in Ordnung. Schade ist, dass auch für Paare nur zwei nebeneinanderstehende Betten vorzufinden waren. Sogar eine Klimaanlage stand im Zimmer. Auch die Nutzung der Tiefgarage klappte ohne vorherige Anmeldung. Wir werden das Angebot bestimmt wieder mal nutzen.

das hotel war in ordnung, aber nicht begeisternd. der service ließ zu wünschen über, das personal war nicht besonders freundlich. das zimmer war sauber, aber klein und sehr laut(zur straße, gegenüber ist ein kino). außerdem ist in der nacht immer die heizing angegangen und es wurde stickig. das preis-leistungs-verhältnis war nicht ausgeglichen.
